UNDERPAID INTERNATIONAL MAIL — GPU to WWI, OUT OF, INTO AND THROUGH GREAT BRITAIN
The General (later Universal) Postal Union (1875) improved the coordination of international mail. This exhibit shows the practices of the British Post Office in interpreting Union rules for underpaid mail and the Taxe marks used by the British Post Office, as required by Union regulations.
